CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to the Lash Bar team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours in advance for the cancelling or rescheduling of appointments.

Any appointments missed or canceled without a 24 hour notice will result in a

$30.00 charge.

As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed a day before your scheduled appointment via phone call or text since we understand how easy it is to forget about a appointment booked weeks or months ago.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment, and clients on our waitlists miss the opportunity to receive services.
